Vanniall's 'Boi Hunter' to Screen at French Film Festival Next Month

Vanniall's movie "Boi Hunter" is slated to screen at L’Araignée Festival, bringing her work to the queer summer camp's "Ni vu ni cul nu" program in Toutry, France, from Aug. 3-9. The film will be presented as part of one of the festival’s three themed screening selections, with "Ni vu ni cul nu" exploring queer sexualities, sensuality, and porn cinema. The placement gives "Boi Hunter" a pointed festival context built around desire, identity, and the ways queer erotic work moves through art, performance, and community spaces. "'Boi Hunter' belongs in a space that understands queer sex on screen as playful, intentional, and culturally specific," said Vanniall. "I love that L’Araignée is presenting it in a program centered on queer sexuality, sensuality, and porn cinema because that gives the film room to be understood on its own terms as something horny, funny, personal, and part of a much larger conversation." For more information, visit Vanniall's website; follow her on X.com.
