Affirming a 2005 injunction, the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court has ruled that the Lion’s Den adult bookstore cannot operate within 1,000 feet of a municipal park and cemetery in Montrose.
A Kansas judge yesterday dismissed 10 obscenity counts against the Lion’s Den Adult Superstore, saying the state’s obscenity law used to persecute the store is unconstitutional.
