Third-party processor CCBill lashed out at Paycom Friday evening, claiming its largest competitor has “decided to compete with CCBill through corporate raids and attempts to mine CCBill’s trade secrets.”
Only one week after former CCBill employee Patrick Curran started work with competitor Paycom, CCBill has filed a lawsuit for breach of contract, XBIZ has learned.
CCBill Vice President Tom Fisher on Tuesday denied that the online payment processor is planning to exclude sites that feature watersports and violent content. “As far as we’re concerned, this is a nonissue,” Fisher told XBiz. “We’re not changing our position on the acceptable use policy.”
Credit card processing company CCBill announced Monday that it will make good on uncollected telephone billing transactions that its clients missed out on between the dates of Jan. 22 and March 11.
