CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Smash Pictures will wrap production this week on "50 Shades: A XXX Adaptation," its much buzzed-about parody of E.L. James' "Fifty Shades" book trilogy.
"I’ve never experienced a response to a film like this," Smash Vice President Stuart Wall said. "We’re receiving calls now from all around the world pre-booking this. Due to the response, we changed the title and decided to combine all three books into one movie."
"50 Shades: A XXX Adaptation" stars Allie Haze and Ryan Driller as college virgin Anastasia Steele and young billionaire Christian Grey, Julia Ann as Christian's one-time sex teacher, Elena/ Mrs. Robbinson and Alexis Ford as Anastasia's best friend Katherine Kavanaugh.
Rounding out the cast are Jaslene Jade, Tyler Nixon and Tommy Hawke. The Jim Powers-directed film is slated for release sometime in September.
