Twin Performers’ Mom Will Go on Trial

PHILADELPHIA — Towana Goffney will stand trial alongside her twin sons Keyontyli and Taleon Goffney. She is accused of serving as lookout while the twins burglarized a South Philadelphia beauty shop.

Also known as Keyon and Teyon, the twin brothers performed on several gay adult online websites and in an adult video titled “Marc and the Twins,” which was distributed only online.

The brothers are charged with burglary, theft, conspiracy and related offenses.

The twins were arrested by the tri-state Rooftop Burglary Taskforce, after a string of more than 40 rooftop burglaries in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The pair is accused of burglarizing Moon’s Beauty Shop, as well as the adjacent Wings and More restaurant.

Allegedly, their mother stood by as a lookout as they sawed a hole in the roof of the beauty shop, in order to enter the premises.

Keyontyli has a large portfolio as a print model, with listings on several modeling agency websites and TV commercial credits to his name.

Taleon apparently has a long police record of violations, including drug-related charges and evading arrest.

Towana was ordered to stand trial on June 10 and, according to reports, her lawyer said she would plead not guilty. She was originally charged with the crime in March, and remains free on bail.

At last report, Keyontyli was also free on bail, while brother Taleon remains in custody awaiting trial.
