New Jake Cruise Site Offers Straight Porn for Gay Men

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — There are plenty of websites with gay content and plenty with straight content, but Jake Cruise thinks he’s tapped into an under-explored niche with his new site, SG4GE.com, and it’s related affiliate program — namely, straight content that is shot and tailored specifically for the enjoyment of gay men.

SG4GE stands for “Straight Guys for Gay Eyes,” and although the sex is strictly hetero, it is carefully aimed at satisfying a gay sensibility. For example, women in the videos, for the most part, keep their clothes on, leaving the focus on the men.

The site is accompanied by an affiliate program, JakePays.com, which offers 60 percent revshare on all trials, joins, rebills and pay-per-view purchases (after credit card processing fee), with weekly payouts.

While Cruise admits that straight sex for a gay audience seems counter intuitive, he thinks it’s an idea whose time has come since many gay men get off watching straight men have sex with women — they just prefer it if the women don’t dominate the scenery.

“I think gay men are attracted to hot men, straight or gay,” Cruise told XBiz. “So if they watch a hot guy having sex with another guy, they love it. But what if the hot guy won't be 'gay-for-pay?' At least now gay men will be able to watch him [with] a girl, and it will all be about him.”

Cruise said he drew inspiration from his own frustrating experiences watching straight porn.

“I loved watching all those hot guys, but [the porn] was always about the girl,” he said.

So, figuring that other gay men had shared similar experiences, Cruise started filming content for SG4GE.com last year, using some of the same straight models who appear on his flagship site, JakeCruise.com, and other men who had refused to do gay-for-pay.

“This is not a bisexual site” Cruise emphasized. “There is no gay sex in any of the scenes.”

SG4GE.com has launched with its first 11 scenes and will be updated every other Friday in September, with weekly updates starting in October. Full-access memberships are priced at $19.95 for the first month and $14.95 for rebills. Users also can rent scenes using tokens in a PPV section. Scenes are available for streaming or download, both in Windows Media format with digital rights management.

Sales, conversion and traffic statistics are available to webmasters participating in the JakePays.com affiliate program through the CCBill Affiliate interface. The company also offers affiliates new promotional tools and other creative assets every month.
