Titan Media Debuts ‘Folsom Undercover’

SAN FRANCISCO — Gay adult studio Titan Media and nonprofit Folsom Street Events will debut “Folsom Undercover” September 28 in San Francisco during the Folsom Street Fair.

It is the fourth year Titan and festival organizers have co-presented a gay adult fetish film. A portion of the proceeds benefits the TitanMen/Folsom Fund, which supports nonprofit organizations that specialize in gay men’s health.

“Folsom Undercover” will be presented under the banner of “Exclusive Leather/Fetish Film of the Folsom Street Fair.” It will be available on an exclusive basis prior to wholesale-retail availability.

“A private fraternity has businessmen leading second lives and relieving their stress through sexual aggression as they indulge their deepest desires,” the studio said. “ ‘Folsom Undercover’ is the perfect fetish fantasy.”

TitanMen exclusives Tony Buff, Eduardo, Darius Falke, Dean Flynn, Dirk Jager and Rick Van Sant are featured in four scenes with a running time of 150 minutes.

Previous films in the TitanMen/Folsom line of DVDs include “Folsom Filth” (2006), “Folsom Leather” (2007) and “Folsom Prison” (2008).

The studio has set a series of promotional events to publicize the movie.

On Sept. 20, TitanMen exclusives will attend the Folsom Street Fair 25th Anniversary Leather Gala at the Regency Center. The guest of honor is comedian Joan Rivers. A copy of the movie will be included with each gift bag presented to attendees.

Titan Media is also a presenting sponsor of “Magnitude” leather/fetish dance party Sept. 27 at the Regency Center.

Tony Buff, Eduardo, Derek da Silva, Dean Flynn and Diesel Washington will perform live between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.

On Sunday, Sept. 28, the entire cast of “Folsom Undercover” will appear at the TitanMen booth during the Festival throughout the day to sign autographs and greet fans.

Additional performers set to appear include Alex Baresi, Marco Blaze, Dirk Jager, Chad Manning, Frank Philipp, Markus Ram, François Sagat and Dominic Sol.

“They will all be signing free copies of the 2009 TitanMen calendar and each will be available for up close and personal photo ops,” the studio said.

The Hardcore Director’s Edit and Blu-ray versions of “Folsom Undercover,” as well as the entire TitanMen/Folsom line of DVDs, will be available.

“As a leader within the gay adult industry, Titan is proud to be one of the largest studio contributors to non-profit organizations specializing in gay men’s health and education,” said company founder and CEO Bruce Cam.

He said $25,000 was donated to various non-profits in 2007.

“We have been able to show that protection and profit can go hand-in-hand by producing the bestselling gay adult films in the world while still maintaining a condom-only safer sex policy,” Cam added.

“The greatest gift we can give back to the community is the portrayal of safer sex and the use of condoms in our films,” he said. “The value of a single human life is worth more than any amount of money we could ever contribute.”

Folsom Street Events is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces several fundraising events, including the Folsom Street Fair. “Our mission is to create volunteer-driven leather events that provide the adult alternative lifestyle community with safe venues for self-expression,” organizers said, “while emphasizing freedom, fun, frolic and fetish and raising critical funds to benefit the San Francisco Bay Area and national charities.”

The Folsom Street Fair is one of California’s largest outdoor festivals. Its 2007 event drew more than 400,000 attendees. Over $350,000 was donated to local charities.
