“We are very excited to be entering this relationship with Pulse, as they have the experience to market and distribute our titles across all media formats,” Club DVD consultant Jay Annis said. “We felt it important to partner with a company motivated to continuing the success of Club DVD and our contract star, Gina Lynn.”
Club DVD also announced the release of the first video in a new series titled “Flash,” starring Lynn and directed by Lorenzo Santini. The video is a fictional behind-the-scenes look at a Club magazine photo shoot.
In addition to Lynn, the movie also features Britney Skye, Lexie Marie, Harmony, Brooke and Shy Love, with Travis Knight, Lee Stone and Jerry.
Pulse Distribution launched in July, along with its sister production company, Pulse Pictures. The company had previously announced a deal to distribute titles from San Francisco’s Falcon Studios, and co-owner Mark Hamilton told XBiz that several additional agreements are being finalized and will be made public within the next two weeks.
“Club is a tremendous brand determined to carry the quality of its magazine publications over to its video productions,” Pulse co-owner Jim Kohls said, “Our approach is to focus on the distribution of quality productions, and Club DVD has really impressed us with both their productions to date and their upcoming releases.”
