Evil Angel General Manager Christian Mann said, "It's fitting that Evil Angel’s first–ever Blu-ray release comes from the director and the series that started it all. To distributors and retailers this translates to a strong seller in both versions, so they can order with confidence.
“Our Blu-Ray pricing is competitive with other adult studios,” Mann added. “Buttman always tops the DVD sales charts, so we expect the same for both the standard-def and Blu-ray DVD."
Shot earlier this year, on location in Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paolo, the movie features starlets Bella, Monica Santhiago and Talita Brandaó, and, according to Evil Angel’s Tricia Devereaux is focused on what has made the series a fan favorite — curvaceous butts and hardcore sex play.
Devereaux [aka Karen Stagliano] reminisced about previous Buttman titles that she was a fan of, and said that she felt the franchise had been brought to a whole new level with advanced high definition technology.
"I'm a tech geek, and I'm a huge fan of porn with really hot sex,” she said. “This brings together two things I love. I still remember the day I saw a Buttman movie for the first time — it was Ruby in ‘Buttman's Bend Over Babes 4.’ Christi Lake and Rocco raised the standard of porn.
“Imagining if that scene shot in HD and released on Blu-Ray makes me marvel at how much better it could have been,” Devereaux added. “I'm thrilled that John is releasing this new Brazilian movie on Blu-ray. Sun-kissed blond covergirl Talita is flawless, and I got goosebumps looking at the tiny blonde peach fuzz hairs on Bella's round butt cheeks on a HDTV."
Director Stagliano was equally impressed with the quality of the production, as well as the performances of the Brazilian cast.
"There are many shots here that I looked at in editing and thought, 'I’m really glad I shot this in hi-def, this is beautiful,’” he said. “Brazilian women always surprise me with their intense sexuality and how much they love to tease."
