The new line of products is called Bad Seed Toys and is manufactured by Topco Sales under the Adam & Eve Signature Toy line. Softcore versions of Bad Seed's DVD titles are packaged with a toy inspired directly by each film.
“It’s the coupling,” said Desiree Duffie, director of marketing and public relations for Topco Sales. “At the end of the day it’s nice to have something to enhance the experience. Think dinner and a movie; this is toy and a movie. These things go hand in hand with each other.”
Autumn O'Bryan, Topco Sales director of product development, explained the nature of the softcore videos from Bad Seed being included with the toys.
"Since the X-rated nature of most hardcore films prevents them from having an international distribution, Bad Seed has skillfully removed or re-shot the hardcore content,” O'Bryan said. “The result is five softcore, but entirely titillating films that will satisfy on all seven continents."
The toys now available under the Bad Seed Toy line are the CyberSkin Asian Pussy Stroker, the CyberSkin School Girl Pussy Stroker, the Kong Sized Black Dong and the CyberSkin Curvy Lover Stroker.
The fifth toy, the EZ Bend 7X Vibrating Double Shocker, will be in stock in September.
The toys made out of CyberSkin contain no PVC, latex or phthalates.
The new product line was launched, in part, because of the success Topco and Adam & Eve had with the release of “Eden” inspired toys last year.
"We've already had great success with the Adam & Eve 'Eden' toys which are inspired by the adult film, ‘Eden’ and feature couples and female friendly packaging,” O'Bryan said. “We wanted a hardcore sub-brand of Adam & Eve; something more raunchy and geared toward men, and the Bad Seed films were a perfect fit"
Adam & Eve and Topco Sale's currently are entering their sixth year as partners.
