The DVD is a joint effort between Liquid Dreamz Entertainment and Enrico Vega Productions and is a Dulce de Leche Production.
"Papis Milk II: The Second Cumming" features the same bareback and foot-sucking action and contains a cast that includes Enrico Vega, Junito, Antonio Vela and Dimitri Santiago, as well as several Latin and Blatino models out of New York.

Liquid Dreamz Entertainment's "Papis Milk II: The Second Cumming" is now streaming on AEBN and its network of theaters.
