Adult Bouncer Becomes ASACP Title Sponsor

LOS ANGELES – The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection has announced that Adult Bouncer is now supporting its mission as a title sponsor.

ASACP is the organization that helps the adult website industry make a difference in the battle against child pornography. In addition to its hotline, ASACP provides a self-regulatory vehicle for its members through a code of ethics that promotes the protection of children through responsible, professional business practices

"We believe our sponsorship of ASACP communicates to our customers and affiliates that we are committed to protect minors on the Internet," Rob Contaldi, president, Adult Bouncer, said.

"This year ASACP implemented the capability to automatically review its membership applications for unacceptable terms. But to completely review a site still requires a person to look at the content. This takes time, effort and an investment," Joan Irvine, executive director of ASACP, said. "Adult Bouncer reviews all the affiliates sites before they are allowed to become part of the Adult Bouncer Network and monitors their affiliates on an ongoing basis. They have been doing this since 1998. This is an important business practice which demonstrates the professionalism in the industry."
