Today the adult production company unveiled cover art, as well as new information about the movie's budget, special effects and sex scenes.
The budget for "Pirates II" is 10 times larger than its predecessor, with much of the extra money going towards more than 600 special effects.
Company founder Joone said that choosing a creative direction for the cover art was easy.
"I really wanted the girls to take center stage on the cover; they are the stars of the movie,” Joone said. “I also wanted the cover to reveal a glimpse of the special effects — fierce storms, dreadful creatures, and magic are all integral parts of 'Pirates II'. 'Pirates II' is much darker than the original, and we spared no expense in this production to get the desired effect."
The sex scenes in the movie include a reunion and a few firsts. Belladonna and Digital Playground contract star Jesse Jane perform together for the first time in five years. Jane said the experience was memorable.
"I think Bella was a bit timid at first because she didn't know what I could handle," she said. "I told her to hold nothing back. I'm not like most girls. I wanted to experience first hand why she has the reputation that she does. I have never experienced anything like what happened between us on the set. It was amazing! You'll have to buy the movie to see what I mean, but let's just say it changed me."
As for firsts, contract star Shay Jordan will perform in her first B/B/G threeway, and recent company signee Riley Steele will perform in her first B/G scene.

The cast for the new title includes contract stars Jane, Katsuni, Jordan, Stoya, Steele and Gabriella Fox, as well as Belladonna, Sasha Grey, Jenna Haze, Brianna Love, Abbey Brooks, Shawna Lenee, Rhylee Richards, Brea Lynn, Shyla Stylez and Veronica Rayne.
The male talent includes Evan Stone, Tommy Gunn, Steven St. Croix, Manuel Ferrara, James Deen, Marco Banderas, Mick Blue, Ben English and Charles Dera.
