Private Introduces Sexclusive Blogs

BARCELONA, Spain — Adult content provider Private Media Group announced the launch of a series of blogs for its Private Sexclusive models — Boroka, Tarra White, Lucy Belle and Cayenne Klein.

The models’ blogs are part of the European-based company’s ongoing strategy to allow consumers to interact and meet with the Private performers, as well as promoting their digital and linear products.

Aimed at fans, the blogs are updated by the models bi-weekly with exclusive news and photos about their private and professional lives. The blogs feature links to the performer’s film titles and can be syndicated to other blogs and forums.

“The launch of these blogs is part of a broader strategic marketing plan with other social networking initiatives,” said Fiona Garvey, vice president of online media for Private Media Group. “The blogs are a forerunner of the soon-to-be launched girls’ solo sites and are designed to interact with the consumer, while the solo sites will give fans exclusive hardcore content.”

According to online marketing manager for the Private Claire Flaherty, the first month of the blogs’ soft launch received more over 174,000 hits. “The bottom line is that our online presence has never been so important as it is now – because in the new Web 2.0 world, everyone is a publisher,” Flaherty said.

The Private Sexclusives are on a promotional world tour, stopping at major global cities including Paris in June, Buenos Aires in August, Madrid, Barcelona and Rome in September and Berlin in October. The aim of the tours is to bring the girls out into the open and closer to the consumer.

Publicly traded Private has been a leading producer of adult content in Europe for more than 30 years, and brings a library of more than 1,000 exclusive titles from several lines, including Private Blockbusters, Private Tropical, Private Gold, Private Fetish, Private Lesbian, Private X-treme and Private Specials, among others.
