LOS ANGELES — British heavy metal group Motorhead and famed Sunset Strip nightclub Viper Room are the latest additions to Sexopolis’ Rock Arena, taking place at this weekend’s erotic consumer convention Erotica LA.
The Rock Arena, dedicated to sex and rock and roll, will feature a Motorhead lounge with official Motorhead merchandise, hourly giveaways, and a raffle for a bass guitar signed by the band’s lead vocalist Lemmy. Metal fans can audition at the booth for a chance to appear in an upcoming Motorhead video.
The Viper Room booth will feature special deals on merchandise and club promotions.
"The Rock Arena is a part of the convention dedicated to sex and the rock and roll spirit," Sexopolis organizer Matthew Grim said. "We are very pleased to have Ron Jeremy, one of the top porn stars of all time as our official rock and sex ambassador. Metal Sanaz will be joining us as empress of ceremonies. It is an honor to have such great people representing sex and rock 'n' roll at the Arena."
Sexopolis is an erotic, sex-themed dance event. This year’s event is the fourth in three years.
Gen of the Genitorturers, L.A. Guns, Scum of the Earth, Faster Pussycat, Bang Tango, Joanna Angel and her Burning Angels, Matt Zane, Sunny Lane, Gwen Media and Mistress Isabella Sinclaire are scheduled to sign at the exhibit.
