The agency is led by Travis Nestor, former director of PR at Vivid Entertainment and recently talent coordinator at Zero Tolerance, and T.J. diReda, who has served as director of marketing and PR for adult companies including Vivid, Club Jenna, Pure Play Media, Peach DVD, Girlfriends Films and Michael Ninn, now operating as Ninn Worx_SR.
"We are specializing in the new 'It' girls for the adult industry, although we will be happy to represent girls who are already in the business," diReda told XBIZ. "We want to be a full-service agency, getting work for the girls with the studios and directors, and we want to add our skill at marketing and PR for the girls as well. While we raise the profile of the girls, with store signings and radio promotions, we're also helping increase the value of the content for studios. As we get a fan base and reputation for the girls, it helps sell product."
DiReda also told XBIZ that It Models plans to build alliances with production companies for model searches. "We want to be the go-to guys for these companies that we've worked with and for in the past."
