FAME Awards Nominate Lexington Steele

CANOGA PARK, Calif. — Mercenary Pictures owner and performer Lexington Steele has been nominated as a finalist for Favorite Male Performer in the 2008 FAME Awards.

Votes for FAME are cast by fans. Award winners are scheduled to be announced June 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center during Erotica LA, an adult consumer-oriented event.

Steele said he looks forward to the show.

"The FAME Awards is something that gives the guys and gals at home the chance to show their appreciation to their favorites," Steele said. "As someone who was a fan before entering the industry, I understand the real admiration they have for the performers. Naturally, I hope to win, but I do appreciate the fact that I'm nominated for this award."
