Billed as “Lanny Barby’s first star vehicle,” the compilation features five scenes of the brunette in three-way and boy/girl combinations.
“This DVD is a collection of the very best scenes she did for me,” photographer Suze Randall said, jokingly referring to Barby as “a scary sexual predator.”
Barby, who still lives in the Montreal neighborhood in which she grew up, said that she entered the adult industry “a few seconds after turning 18.” Barby was a Penthouse Pet and Hustler cover model prior to signing with Vivid, and shot the scenes that comprise “I Love Lanny” over several months with the Randalls.
Barby said she shot “very nasty stuff” early on and that some of the other companies she worked for prior to her contract with the couples-oriented Vivid will begin re-releasing her earlier, edgier material.
Suze Randall is a veteran photographer/videographer with a career in adult that has spanned three decades. Her daughter Holly told XBiz that she grew up around her mother’s photo shoots.
“Porn is second-nature to me,” she said.
“Suze doesn’t usually work with a full film in mind,” PurePlay publicist April Storm told XBiz. “She takes everything scene by scene and puts everything together when she feels she has the right mix.”
Randall concurred, saying, “I’ve done nearly twenty photo shoots on her and miles of video. Lanny is one of my all-time favorite models.”
“I Love Lanny” will be released this week.
