At each monthly meeting, AdultVest executives will listen to presentations from adult entertainment business owners. Ventures that meet AdultVest's internal standards will be presented at the company's monthly investor meeting. Investor meetings are open to institutional and high-net-worth individual investors including private equity, hedge and venture capital funds, investment bankers, angel investors and financial advisors.
As a result of last month's investor meetings, AdultVest reports that iPorn.com has been acquired by the Priapus Investment Fund. Several other companies who also attended the February and March meetings are in advanced discussions with investors, according to AdultVest.
AdultVest is interested in the entire spectrum of adult businesses — as long as the business has the potential to generate substantial returns. Businesses invited to present their opportunity to AdultVest will receive an initial complimentary consultation. Adult business presentation meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month from 2-6 p.m. Remaining dates for 2008 are April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 23 and November 27.
