The movie stars Woodman Entertainment's contract stars Divinity Love and Nessa Devil, along with 34 other women, all of whom Woodman directed on location in the Czech Republic and Brazil.

The cast of "The Perfectionist 2" includes Anetta Keys, Barbie Banks, Belly Fontana, Boroka Balls, Druuna Diva, Eva, Jeny Baby, Lauryn May, Mela, Patricia Parisch and Valentina Velasques alongside Bulma Rey, Alain Deloin, Bob Terminator, Kevin Long, Mike Angelo, Mr. Clark, Pascal Saint James and Reda Semlahen.
