James was scheduled to star in two upcoming feature movies for SexZ Pictures.
“I’ve had a wonderful year in the adult industry, I met amazing people had the privilege to travel out of the country and make great movies,” James said. “I planned to do big things with SexZ Pictures this year and in the years to come, but as we speak I will be taking time off due to my pregnancy with my wonderful fiancé. I will keep in touch with SexZ throughout my pregnancy, and I wish the best for the company and their success in the meantime.”
James signed her exclusive deal with SexZ last summer, and company CEO Bo Kenney said that James has the option to resume her career after she gives birth.
“Paulina is a wonderful young lady and an excellent performer, and although this was a bit unexpected, taking this important time off is in her best interest,” Kenney said. “The doors to SexZ Pictures will be open if she chooses to come back, and we wish her and her fiancé the very best.”
While James left the door open to return, her comeback to performing is doubtful, according to SexZ Pictures publicist Jeff Mullen.
