De'Bella said that New Line will operate independently from her Generation XXX Productions label, which will continue to pursue production deals, website management and content development.
“This was a logical combination of resources," De’Bella said. “Tommy and I have the same concerns for the talent and want to provide them with the best representation in the industry. All of the benefits such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance will be available to the talent."
Gunn's booking agency, Gunn Models Talent Management, has been added to the license held by Generation XXX Production, De'Bella said.
Gunn said that he and De'Bella wanted to combine their years of experience in adult to help mentor new and existing talent to make their experiences more rewarding.
"We want to help them around the pitfalls that we have both experienced," Gunn said. "I am excited about transitioning into mainstream industry work for the talent wanting to expand their careers," Gunn said.
