2008 XBIZ Awards to Be Webcast Live by Video Secrets

LOS ANGELES — Tonight's 2008 XBIZ Awards will be webcast live on XBIZ.com, courtesy of live webcam company VideoSecrets.

The event is considered by industry professionals as equivalent to the Golden Globe Awards. The live stream starts at 9 p.m. PST.

The XBIZ Awards will be hosted by hosted by Digital Playground contract performer Jesse Jane and adult industry veteran Kevin "KB" Blatt, This year, categories honoring achievement in adult video production and performance have been added to the awards.

The XBIZ Awards are the closing-night event for the XBIZ '08 Hollywood Conference, which took place Feb. 6-8 at the historic Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, Calif.

The XBIZ Awards will take place at The Highlands in the Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, Calif. Doors open at 8 p.m. Registered attendees of the XBIZ '08 Hollywood Conference get general admission.
