Screaming O Vice President Keith Caggiano told XBIZ that the company saw the need to move in order to improve his company's customer service and make room for a number of new products to be released this year.
“The new facility will allow the Screaming O to expand its line with exciting new products to scream about in the next upcoming months and also the ability to keep up with the volume and demand of the current lines," Caggiano said. "We have added more support staff as well as warehouse space to continue to ensure an excellent fill rate and customer service."
Caggiano said the move is almost complete, and though things are a bit hectic, the company has maintained normal business hours and have kept the same telephone and fax numbers.
In other news, The Screaming O recently was named Top Product and Best Ring in Women's Health Magazine's inaugural Sex Awards, and also was awarded StorErotica's 2007 Innovator of the Year in August.
