Trisha Uptown to Promote XBIZ Awards on ‘Night Calls’ Tomorrow

LOS ANGELES — Internet star Trisha Uptown takes to the Sirius satellite radio airwaves tomorrow to promote the 2008 XBIZ Awards and her nomination for Web Babe of the Year.

The petite Kentucky native will appear on Playboy Radio’s “Night Calls” tomorrow night at 5 p.m. PST. Adult industry legends Christy Canyon and Ginger Lynn host the show.

Uptown, who owns and operates her own sologirl site, TrishaUptown.com, has been involved in the adult entertainment industry for 10 years. She’s worked as a feature dancer, web model, magazine pinup and appeared in the mainstream movie, “Rules of Attraction.”

“I’m so excited,” Uptown said of her nomination. “It feels good that XBIZ took notice of my hard work. All the other nominees are friends of mine, so I wish them luck as well.”

Uptown’s official site features live cam shows, videos and photos of the star in addition to her blog and exclusive downloadable content. TrishaUptown.com can be promoted through the Midnight Carnival affiliate program.

“Night Calls” is broadcast on Sirius satellite radio channel 198.

The 2008 XBIZ Awards will take place Thursday night at 9 p.m. at The Highlands in Hollywood, Calif.
