Sexopolis, where the glitz and gleam meet the porn dream, will be held at a concert venue, the Henry Fonda Music Box theater in the heart of historic Hollywood.
"It was a blast last year at Sexopolis, and we anticipate 2008 will be an even bigger year for us," said Matthew Grim, one of the promoters and DJs for the event. "We're already working with friends in the adult industry to pack the night with energetic features and kick ass entertainment."
Last year's Sexopolis drew close to a thousand people and featured Joanna Angel and her Burning Angels in a porn star pillow fight. Ron Jeremy and Seymore Butts served as hosts of the event, while Matt Zane, who recently broke the record for longest flesh-hook suspension, served as Sexopolis' dark and sinister anti-host. Special guests for the evening included Sunny Lane, Gianna Lynn, Courtney Cummz, Mia Rose and Ava Rose.
During last year's event, Seymore Butts and the girls of Lighthouse Talent held auditions to find the next porn superstars. An erotic art gallery on the second floor featured work by Holly Randall and a special premiere by Eon McKai. The first 300 women to attend the event received a free vibrator courtesy of SexToy.com.
Doors will open for Sexopolis at the Henry Fonda Theatre, at 6126 Hollywood Blvd., near the historic corner of Hollywood and Vine. This night is for adults, ages 18 and over only.
