Since then she was arrested on drug-related charges and was sentenced to a year at an in-house drug treatment facility followed by three years of probation. She is currently appearing on the VH1 reality series. "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew." Although she has been forbidden from using treatment as a way to augment her celebrity status, Vivid obtained the sex tape prior to the sentencing.
