"We have been getting bigger and better every year and this year we have really blown the doors off," Exxxotica creator J. Handy said. "We have added nonstop entertainment, an award ceremony and seminars. Our list of exhibitors is a who's who of the adult industry. We have raised the bar — and then jumped over it."
Adult stars Tera Patrick and Gina Lynn — bringing along her monster truck — are scheduled to attend. The PFL — Pillow Fight League — will make its Miami Beach debut with pillow fight demos, autograph signings, photo opportunities and amateur fights. Events coming back from last year include the Annual Nearly Nude Mechanical Bull Riding Championships, the Pastease Dunk Tank and the Ms. Exxxotica competition. Tattoo Alley, a new section of the show floor, will feature local body artists doing live tattooing and piercing.
A new addition to this year's lineup is the very first presentation of the inaugural Amateur Adult Film Awards: The AMMY Awards. Exxxotica - Miami Beach and XTube.com have teamed up to recognize to the adult industry's newest stars.
Competition for the Ammys will be in seven categories, including Best Male and Female Soloists, Hottest Couple, Worst Lighting and Video of the Year. Paris Hilton, Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee, Kim Kardashian and Dustin Diamond (aka Screech from "Saved by the Bell") have been nominated for a Lifetime Achievement award. Exxxotica - Miami Beach, presented by Hotmovies.com, will take place April 18-20 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. No one under 18 will be admitted. General admission tickets are $35 for one day and $70 for a three-day pass. VIP tickets — which give full access to the Crazy Horse Saloon VIP Lounge, reserved front row space at the entertainment stage and a canvas Exxxotica goodie bag — are $50 for a one-day pass and $100 for a three-day pass. VIP tickets are only available to guests 21 and older.
