Hyde Park has received accolades for titles like “Twink Playground 2,” which won the 2006 AEBN Best Featured Video Award. XBIZ nominated the company for the 2007 Best GLBT Company and “Twink Toy Story” picked up a GAYVN Award nomination for Best Specialty Video in the 18-to-23 niche.
“I wanted to start 2008 in a new direction and, after several in-house meetings, I decided to contact Rob at All Boys Distribution to represent Hyde Park Productions,” Hyde Park Productions producer Doug Knight said.
"Our goal this year is to reach more into the overseas market and All Boys Distribution was our first choice. We produce great videos and we realize that we need to be represented by a distributor that can do the best for us, both domestically and internationally. I am looking forward to a great business relationship between us in the coming years,” Knight said.
Several existing Hyde Park titles will be available through All Boys, as well as all-new releases.
The first Hyde Park release from All Boys will be “Frisky Twinks” starring Jamie Knight and Ryan Myers (Twink Dreams), Dillon Samuels and Kyros Christian (Oliver Twink) and introducing Devon Scott, Riley Cox, Brent Conrad and Damien Braxton that will have a street date of February 15th.
“I've looked at some of the films from Hyde Park and the quality of both camera angels and action shots is some of the best work I've seen since getting into the business”, All Boy’s Jayson Hanson said. “Rob [Ragan, All Boys owner] has me review every studio line that comes to us for exclusive distribution and for the niche that Hyde Park serves. They are certainly a great studio for the All Boys label to represent.”
"I worked with Doug about a year ago for a few months and always enjoyed his professionalism and attention that he gives to his productions,” Ragan said. “Doug and Ted are great directors and to date have directed some of the best twink videos made over the last few years.”
“It took all of 10 minutes for Doug and me to iron out the deal and agree to a formal agreement,” Ragan said. “I can't stress enough that I'm about quality first. Doug and Ted have always done top shelf productions and I'm glad when they went looking for someone to represent them they came directly to me.”
