Adam & Eve Continues Search for Porn Couple

HILLSBOROUGH, NC – The Tampa-area casting call of “The Search for Adam & Eve,” the adult reality program that aims to find future porn stars, will be in heavy rotation on iN-DEMAND pay-per-view Memorial Day weekend.

A highlight of the episode is an aspiring performer named Baylee who was fast-forwarded to the finals in Jamaica based on her enthusiasm and oral skills, according to Brian Gross, executive director of Reality-X, the company producing the show with Adam & Eve.

Adam & Eve contract performer Carmen Luvana hosts six episodes of the pay-per-view event, auditioning local talent hoping to get an Adam & Eve contract worth up to $250,000.

Future episodes will feature castings from Miami, New York and Las Vegas during which contestants perform non-intercourse scenes with each other, Luvana and other adult talent, while vying for a chance to represent their cities in finals to be held in the Jamaica finals. Performers will then be required to provide negative HIV tests.

Gross said trailers for the show's first episode spiked traffic on AdamandEve.com, but numbers were not yet in for the pay-per-view sales of last weekend's premiere. iN-DEMAND is available in approximately 30 million homes.

“The opportunity and excitement behind this search was extremely rewarding,” Gross said. “This was a venture that everyone wanted to make happen.”

The Jamaican finale will culminate with the crowning of the new Adam & Eve stars, Gross said, and the couple will then begin filming their own movie for the company, set for a Fall 2005 release. The couple will be expected to do everything typical contract stars usually do, Gross said, including promotional appearances and performances.

Shooting was completed in March, and the winners' names are being kept under wraps.

Gross' company Reality-X, formed this year in Beverly Hills, is already in discussions for a second season, which doesn't rule out a talent search in Los Angeles. "I think it would be fun to have guys and girls already in the adult industry try out against those who have never done this before," he said.
