"We try to do something festive for any holiday that we can market for," Brian Frank, vice president of business development at Undercover Condoms, told XBIZ. "We looked for a product that was fun, and entertaining, and still offered protection at the same time."
The Christmas pack has been available since mid-summer, and "we've had to restock it several times," Frank said.
Undercover Condoms started in 2001 as a spin-off of an e-commerce company that sold contact lenses.
"We figured out that we knew how to market online, so we tried different products and came up with personal care and safer sex items," Frank said. "It's been going well. We’ve been growing since 2001, and it's exciting.”
The company is located in Columbus, Ohio, and operates exclusively on the Internet.
