Hunter has made a remarkable comeback following a serious battle with cancer, a representative said, and now finds that she is more than up to the task of co-producing and directing a top-line series.
Along with SexZ Pictures contract star Hillary Scott and Best New Starlet nominee Paulina James, Hunter has cast Adrianna Nicole and Victoria Sin.

The project started shooting Sunday and continues today. "Desperate Wives 3" will be released in the spring.
