"It was really great to see all the donations — six boxes of toys," Satin told XBIZ. "This will be great for the shelter. A great turnout by the clients and the adult industry."
Donated toys will be given to a shelter for homeless and abused women and children, which has chosen not to be identified. The toy drive was sponsored by clothing line MofoWear and owner Jimmy Mofo.
The singers had difficulty being heard over the table talk in the packed-to-capacity bar. Karaoke hostess Jolene handed out adult DVDs to fans between sets.
Several MofoWear Girls, adult performers who also model his clothes, including Amber Peach, Flower Tucci, Olivia O'Lovely, and Luscious Lopez, accompanied Mofo in the VIP section.
"I'm trying to keep it together with all the distractions," Mofo said.
Other members of the adult industry present included KSEX personality Powder, Lisa Sparxxx, Konnie from DVSX, Kira Silver, Wankus, Chris Cannon, Samantha Plays, Don Hollywood, Savannah Jane, director Roy Karch, Tee Reel, James Bartholet, and Travis Blake, Casey O'Connell and Joanne Cachapero from XBIZ.
Porn Star Karaoke takes place Tuesday nights at Sardo's Grill and Lounge ay 259 N. Pass Ave. in Burbank, Calif., starting at 9 p.m. Started in 2003, PSK has been called the longest running weekly event in the adult industry.
