Teravision Europe Ready to Make Debut

STUDIO CITY, Calif. — Teravision Europe is slated to debut in a partnership with European distributor Media Entertainment Establishment (MEE), which will roll out Teravision-branded product throughout Europe.

The deal between MEE and Teravision was announced at the Venus Berlin tradeshow in October, where Patrick also was awarded Businesswoman of the Year and Performer of the Year honors.

"I am so excited to announce the official launch of Teravision Europe," Teravision CEO Evan Seinfeld said. "American studios are faced with so much piracy and other problems. We felt that the best way to solve this was to start an entirely new company as a joint venture with some powerful — yet young and hungry — distributors in Europe.

“Teravision Europe is a union between Teravision and Media Entertainment Establishment. They already distribute 21 Sextury, which is the top-selling gonzo line in Europe at the moment. We look forward to our first two releases, ‘China Blue’ and ‘Domination.’ It will be very exciting to have simultaneous worldwide release on these and future titles, " he said.

The first scheduled Teravision title release in Europe will be “China Blue,” starring Charmane Starr and an all-Asian cast. The distro deal also includes Teravision’s complete catalog, including blockbuster release like “Teradise Island” and "Reign of Tera 2.”

"Tera Patrick is without a doubt the biggest porn star in the world right now,” Media Entertainment President Giancarlo Scalisi said. “With our success in the high-end gonzo market, we at MEE have built a huge network of distribution partners throughout Europe. We look forward to filling the demand for American star-powered quality erotic films. This is a marriage that we are extremely excited about and we can't wait to help Teravision conquer Europe properly. The sky is the limit."

Patrick, who also promotes her own line of Mistress Couture apparel and keeps up a rigorous schedule of personal appearances, said she was thrilled by the company’s latest venture.

"Adding a European distributor to Teravision is huge,” Patrick said. “It comes at the same time I was honored as Businesswoman of the Year. That just makes it that much sweeter. This is the next big step for us and I'm very excited."
