CherryPimps Acquires TrueCash Sites, Members

IRVINE, Calif. — Affiliate program CherryPimpshas acquired all of the sites previously offered through TrueCash, a move that significantly expands the CherryPimps portfolio.

Effective immediately, TrueCash has ceased to operate as a separate entity and all of the program’s sites and members have been transferred to CherryPimps, according to CherryPimps CEO Jack Avalanche.

Avalanche told XBIZ that the acquisition of the TrueCash sites has been in progress for several months now, and includes a “top to bottom redesign of the sites, content and promo tools.”

“The sites ultimately help to diversify the CherryPimps network by adding more niches for our affiliates to promote,” Avalanche said. “The sites complement our existing portfolio with high-quality content and strong branding, [as is] the case with the flagship DaveCummings.com.”

In addition to Cummings’ official site, the acquisition included YoungChicks.com, AmateurHouse.com, SexCamLive.com, Fspot.com, PornWizard.com, AmateurPlayground.com and LesbianCoeds.com.

“I’m very excited that the acquisition is finally complete, as each of the sites has a solid fan base and has already made an incredible contribution to the CherryPimps network,” Avalanche said.

The additions raise the number of sites offered by CherryPimps from three to 11, while an additional 19 sites are in the final stages of development and testing. Of those 19 sites, 11 will be new exclusive sites, Avalanche said.

Existing TrueCash affiliates who have not received an email notification regarding the acquisition are asked to visit CherryPimps.com for additional details about the transition, including a special promotional offer available only to former TrueCash affiliates.
