Lucas Set to Street 'Michael Lucas’ Gigolo'

NEW YORK — Gay multimedia company Lucas Entertainment will street its newest big budget feature title, “Michael Lucas’ Gigolo” on Nov. 27. The film takes a look at the dark side of male escorting, set against the backdrop of New York City.

"This is an epic porn film in the same dramatic vein as 'Dangerous Liaisons' and 'Michael Lucas' La Dolce Vita,’" Lucas Entertainment President and CEO Michael Lucas said.

"'Gigolo' is more like a real feature that just so happens to have hot sex in it. The plot is in-depth with much attention to the acting, the videography is beautiful and, as always, it is a collective effort of many people, from fashion stylists to interior designers, cameramen to photographers, and models to nonsexual extras,” Lucas said.

The movie tells the story of former escort Louis McMann (played by Lucas) who is plunged into the dangerous world of street hustlers after the death of his lover. The character becomes involved in a twisted plot of deceit and murder.

The screenplay was written by award-winning director Tony Dimarco, who also codirected with Lucas and has collaborated with him on Lucas Entertainment’s last two blockbuster releases, “Dangerous Liaisons” and “Michael Lucas’ La Dolce Vita.”

"'Being a gigolo is all about sex and style," Dimarco said. "To be successful in that world, you have to be good at what you do and look good doing it. So we've made sure that the sex in the movie is extremely satisfying and that all the actors look incredible when on screen. We hired the best models and stylists that New York City has to offer in order to achieve that."

The film stars Lucas in the lead role, and features Lucas exclusives Ray Star, Ben Andrews, Erik Grant, and J., as well as Anthony Marks, Arpad Miklos, Zack Randall, Jason Ridge, Jason Sparks, Lars Svenson, Scott Tanner, Jimmy Trips and Kurt Wild.

Lucas exclusive Spencer Quest is featured in a nonsex role, while Joe Shepard doubled up as production manager and also played two nonsex roles. Videographer Mr. Pam also makes an appearance.

The director’s edition set, including bonus scenes and a bonus music video, will be available on the LucasEntertainment.com website for $59.95, and in stores for $69.95.
