Leone is the first Indian to be a Vivid Girl. She is not a newcomer to the video industry, having appeared in titles like Cinemax’ softcore “Busty Cops”, but her focus has been adult modeling for the past five years, including work on her website and as Penthouse Pet of the Year in 2003. She has stated that she will not do hardcore movies as an actress, preferring girl/girl scenes.
Leone said in a 2004 interview with a southeast asian media site that the Indian community of which she considers herself a part was not quick to embrace her career as an adult model, but has become more and more supportive.
“In the beginning I did get a lot of negative attention from the Desi community but now I think people are coming around and I am getting nothing but positive feedback,” she said.
In addition to Penthouse, Leone has worked as a presenter for E!’s “Wild On” series and Sundance’s “After Dark.”
Leone’s first project for Vivid will be “Sunny,” to be released at the end of this year.
“The only reason I have gotten as far as I have is because I really wanted to model, and I work every day.” Leone said.
