Bauer has been with Pure Play’s European office since it opened in early 2006.
Since then his responsibilities have included promoting Pure Play and its distributed studios to the European adult market. With a background in the adult industry, advertising and new medias, Bauer has expanded all platforms of distribution including DVD, online, mobile and video-on-demand, while raising the exposure and revenue of Pure Play’s various studio partners which consist of Naughty America, Homegrown Video, Seymore Butts, Swank, Asia Bootleg and Cousin Stevie.

Production company Naughty America, which is distributed by Pure Play Media, also was awarded Best Newcomer Label 2007 by Sign Magazine. According to Pure Play, Naughty America’s “Diary of a MILF” and “Naughty Office” series are popular with European adult consumers.
