Desiree Duffie, Topco sales director of marketing and public relations, said that the new banners were made to accommodate the company's growing list of product lines, including Chi Chi La Rue's Rascal Toys, Eden Toys and Lex Steele.

Duffie also said that offering banner ads to go along with Topco's product lines not only enhances the looks of novelty distributor and retail websites, but also allows webmasters to prominently display their inventory, letting the buyer know what brands they offer.
