Lane originally was slated to direct the project, but as the concept became more feature driven instead of an all-sex release, the company tapped the more experienced Powers to take the reigns.
“Outkast” tells the story of a new breed of sexual outlaw with an insatiable appetite for money and sex. Lane leads six dangerous women rollerblading through the streets of L.A., terrorizing the whole town with their criminal sexual escapades. The movie features roller derby choreography and a live musical performance.
"Jim Powers is the most amazing porn director working in the industry today,” Lane said. “When I came up with the idea I knew that I had to have him shoot it or it wouldn't come out right.”
In addition to the aforementioned Lane, the movie stars Angelina Valentine, Miss Kitty, Moxxie Maddron and Regan Reese.
"I've never worked on a feature before and I've always wanted to," industry newcomer Valentine said. "I was nervous at first because I didn't want to let Jim Power's down, but everything went really well. It is honestly the most fun I've ever had making a porn movie. I can't wait to see it. I fucked really hard in this movie and I'm proud of it."
