The event will feature two shows taking place Sept. 21-22 at the River Rock Casino.
The Vivid Comedy Party teams adult entertainment's hottest ladies with the country's funniest and most outrageous comedians in a night filled with sexy women, big laughs and giveaways, the company said.
The party culminates with a fan favorite "Inside The Porn Actor's Studio" segment in which the comedians get to interview the Vivid Girls about what life is really like as an adult entertainment star.
Alexander stars in Vivid's "Debbie Does Dallas…Again," which is the first industry movie to be available in both HD DVD and Blu–ray, the company said.
The Showtime cable network ran a seven-part series on the behind-the-scenes making of the movie, which dramatically helped build Alexander's fan base.
"I had so much fun hosting the Vivid Comedy Parties in Hollywood, Chicago and Missouri so I'm really looking forward to bringing the show to Vancouver. It's great to interact with the comedians and to see the audience having such a good time," Monique said.
The comedians who are set to appear are Sam Tripoli ("The Wild World of Spike"), Ben Gleib ("The Real Wedding Crashers"), Doug Benson ("Last Comic Standing") and Louis Katz ("Last Call With Carson Daly").
