"We are going to be distributing their Nectar, Maximus and First Strike lines. All their DVDs, foreign and domestic," Anabolic Sales Manager Dan M told XBIZ. "Sean Logan is going to be assisting in the broadcast and cable sales of our product.
"It's a synergy. Nobody's buying anybody out. We're just working together."
According to Dan, the synergy plays to the strengths of the two companies: Anabolic in sales of physical DVDs, and Nectar in sales of cable and broadcast rights, "besides the great product they have," he said. "The First Strike line is as hard as it gets. The Nectar line, even though they're high-end features, the sex is still hardcore. There's anal, there's [double penetrations], plus the exotic locations. It's really quality stuff."
The deal was finalized Monday, and all product will ship out of the Anabolic warehouse starting in three weeks.
