The United Nations estimates that between 10,000 and 29,000 people are living with HIV in Japan, with an estimated 0.2 percent prevalence rate in the 15-49 population. By contrast, the prevalence rate among 15-49 year olds in the U.S. is estimated at between 0.4 and 1 percent.
Planned activities for the telethon include "Oppai Bokin [Tit Collection]," where contributors are allowed to fondle the breasts of an adult performer, and the "Tekoki Jinja [Hand Job Shrine]." Regular features of the telethon, such as "Bijin Mashi no Datsui Maajan Nama Chukei [Live Telecast of Beautiful Mah-Jong Player Getting Her Gear Off] and the late-night "Oshikko Bia Gaaden [Piss Beer Garden]" will be offered again this year. There also will be an auction of "steamy mementoes" donated by performers.
