KSEX Looking For New Female Hosts

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Internet radio station KSEX is looking to expand its nightly programming by adding more hours and more female hosts. KSEX currently runs live programming from 4-10 p.m. Monday through Friday.

"We want to expand our programming to get closer to 12 hours of live programming a day," KSEX Program Director Lorrainiac told XBIZ. "We know that's difficult, because people have shoots and scenes. We're looking for new girls, fresh faces. Anybody is more than welcome. We want to have more programming to offer everybody."

Lorrainiac, who has worked in mainstream broadcast radio, said she wants to create new niches for KSEX programs, building on the specific niches KSEX already serves, including her comedy show and Jason Sechrest's "The Young and the Curious."

"We want something from everybody," she said. "We don't have a show featuring African Americans. We'd like a behind-the-scenes show. We'd like a show with new girls — how it is to be just brand-new in the industry."

Lorrainiac said previous radio experience is not necessary. Anyone can apply.

"That's what I'm here for. I'll help everybody, I'll train everybody; I'll give them the experience I've had," she said.

Veteran performers Ginger Lynn, Kylie Ireland and Sunset Thomas all have had shows on KSEX. The current host roster includes performers Flower Tucci, Richelle Ryan, Sunny Lane, Holly Halston and Rebecca Love.

Interested industry members are invited to send photos and contact information to lorrainiac@ksex.com
