Ninn Worx, Spearmint Rhino Merge

NORCO, Calif. — Adult production company Ninn Worx has merged with gentlemen's club giant Spearmint Rhino Consulting Worldwide to form Ninn Worx_SR Inc.

Under the new arrangement, Ninn Worx will produce and distribute Spearmint Rhino-branded titles while also consulting on how to revamp the look of the company's chain of clubs. Spearmint Rhino will make its network of clubs available to Ninn Worx contract stars to feature dance at.

Ninn Worx President Michael Ninn said that Spearmint Rhino founder John Gray made the first overture about the merger.

"[John Gray] approached me a while back because he liked the aesthetics that I bring to adult video entertainment," Ninn said. "That was the beginning of our mutual involvement. John has wanted to expand into video production highlighting the Spearmint Rhino network of gentlemen's clubs for a while. I am set to produce video titles for John along with my own productions, now that we have formed Ninn Worx_SR."

Ninn Worx CEO Q Ninn Worx told XBIZ that Michael Ninn and his creative team will work to rebrand Spearmint Rhino's clubs and website.

"They're working on billboards and a whole advertising campaign," Q said. "Our contract stars will represent both companies."

Ninn Worx also will produce special titles inside Spearmint Rhino clubs that feature the company's brand and many dancers.

In exchange, Ninn Worx contract stars Jana Jordan and Heather Vandeven will get guaranteed feature dancing dates at their choice of Spearmint Rhino clubs. Q Ninn also said that Ninn Worx is still searching for an unspecified number of new contracts stars, but that they hadn't settled on anyone yet.

In conjunction with this new arrangement, Q Ninn said that Ninn Worx may work to produce a stage show featuring all of their contract stars in a performance that would tour Spearmint Rhino clubs.

Representatives from Spearmint Rhino couldn't be reached for comment.
