Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Jesse Capelli moved to Los Angeles at 19 to pursue acting but quickly became disillusioned with the Hollywood system.
“Mainstream acting is somewhat overrated,” Capelli said. “You can do 50 auditions a week and sometimes be on set for 17 hours just to say a few lines.”
Capelli made her first foray into adult with a three-year stint as a Perfect 10 contract girl. She also has modeled for Penthouse, High Society and other magazines.
“Adult work is a lot more fun and liberating, and there’s a lot more action,” Capelli said. “Working with Jenna Jameson will be awesome. I have always admired her because she’s accepted by everyone.”
ClubJenna’s other new girl, McKenzie Lee, is a dancer from the north of England who already enjoys a significant fan following in the United Kingdom, where she hosted a risqué cable television show featuring adult stars.
Jameson met Lee, who was previously under contract to Playboy UK, at the 2005 Adult Entertainment Expo and signed her to ClubJenna shortly after her contract expired.
“I decided immediately to sign her up,” Jameson said. “She has a natural sexiness that is beautifully captured by the camera.”
For her part, Lee said she’s in the business for the long haul.
“I really love what I do,” she said. “I want to stay in this business as long as I can. I am happiest making films."
