Electracash Extends Customer Support

SIGNAL HILL, Calif. – Electracash, a provider of Internet payment processing services, has announced the launch of two new customer support services for merchant and consumers: 24x7 Tech Support and LivePerson Chat. Intended to exemplify Electracash's commitment to excellence, these new options increase the number of ways that merchants and their customers can access Electracash's Help Desk services.

24 hour Tech Support allows Electracash to service merchants requesting support with their eCheck functionality and associated reports, regardless of the day or time (including holidays). Merchants can simply call the technical support line at (901) 684-6266 or toll-free (877) 684-6266 any time to reach an Electracash technician.

LivePerson Chat allows Electracash merchants and their customers to interact online with a Help Desk representative for all support needs during normal business hours. LivePerson is available for technical services, other merchant services, and even consumer services (for customers of those merchants using Electracash as their eCheck Customer Service provider). LivePerson Chat hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Central time for Technical Service, and 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time for Merchant and Customer Services.

"Electracash continues to invest in new technologies that will enhance merchant and consumer security and support for Internet check usage. These new customer service options are offered in addition to existing account management programs, including Electracash's proprietary online reporting and risk management programs," said Lee Falls, CEO of Electracash.

"In the age of our global marketplace, 24x7 live support is essential. LivePerson allows any company personnel to log on and assist the customer as needed. We've escalated support to where our programmers and other technical staff can assist customers directly," Electracash sales representative Holly Moss told XBiz, adding that "We're dealing with people all around the world, and now they can get support when they need it."

Electracash provides businesses the ability to accept eChecks and make Direct Deposits in the US and Canada, and to initiate wire transfers around the globe, for both business and consumer transactions. New and existing merchants who have an account with Electracash can take advantage of the added support offerings now.
