Wet Palms Open for Business

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Hardcore soap addicts have a new place to get their sexual fix, WetPalms.com. The newly launched site is based on the gay porn soap Wet Palms which features actor bios, audition tapes, preview clips and a guide to the gay porn's multitude of characters and plot lines. The first episode of Wet Palms, a joint venture of Jet Set Productions and NakedSword.com, debuts September 30th on NakedSword.com and affiliate sites.

"WetPalms.com gives viewers an inside look at both the actors and the characters," said Tim Valenti, President of NakedSword.com and the driving force behind the web component of the Wet Palms experience. "A strong web presence has become an essential part of television and movie promotion and with a multi-faceted production like Wet Palms, it's absolutely crucial."

Visitors to the Wet Palms website will find interlinking webs of social scandal, corporate power plays and compromising photos all feeding into the Wet Palms series. Jet Set President Brett Drysdale knows the value of the web promotion, having successfully worked with NakedSword.com's Valenti for the online distribution of 2003's GayVN-winning film, The Hole.

"WetPalms.com reflects quality and qualities of the Wet Palms series," says Drysdale. "Not only does it raise the bar for future movie productions, it's a fun, sexually lush and intensely creative project."

The launch of the site is only the beginning says Valenti. "WetPalms.com is a continually evolving site, as well as the official home of the series." In the next few months, visitors will be treated to outtakes, photo galleries, contests and a production blog with updates from the set and stars.

The first three episodes of the Wet Palms series, executive produced by Valenti and Drysdale, finished the first round of filming in August. Director Michael Moore helmed the project, with scribes Jack Shamama and Michael Stabile attached for the first two seasons.
