IcuChat has developed a free live streaming video chat site using Flash technology with recurring payouts at 25 percent. Its webmaster program allows for custom-branded pages to fit the design on affiliate sites. “The new Flash technology will allows us to convert more surfers into customers, increases customer satisfaction and continuing sales," the company said.
