LONDON — Kathryn Byberg, founder and CEO of Little Leaf Agency, has been shortlisted for the Change Maker Award at the 16th Annual Global Women in Marketing (WiM) Awards.
The Change Maker Award recognizes women who reshape marketing from within organizations and female founders who disrupt industry models. Byberg is shortlisted for building a PR and communications agency around a category that mainstream marketing has often failed to recognize — sexual wellness.
“I believe good marketing can do more than sell a product,” said Byberg. “It can challenge stigma, introduce expert voices and bring overlooked conversations into the mainstream. Being shortlisted is a proud moment for the whole Little Leaf team and a reminder that we are doing exactly what we should be doing. Other industries like beauty and tech have specialist agencies dedicated to those sectors. Sexual wellness deserves the same level of expertise, particularly given the censorship and barriers brands face. We are proud to help lead the way, supporting brands that champion pleasure, health and comprehensive sex education.”
Winners will be announced at an event in London on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
